Cairo - Mubasher: The Board of Directors of Al-Fanar General Contracting, Construction, Trade and Import Company decided to convene the Extraordinary General Assembly on Saturday, July 8, 2023.

The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange that the assembly will be held to discuss the ratification of the increase in the capital by distributing bonus shares of one share each.

She added that the Assembly will discuss the ratification of the economic performance report by increasing the capital from the carry-over profits, in addition to amending Articles 6 and 7 of the Articles of Association.
